A little surprised when I actually arrived to find price had changed and insurance was required. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Still less expensive then other units I looked at.

I got online and reserved my unit, after securing it I received a call within minutes. She was very polite and asked me to confirm the time I was able to come in. When I got there she was with another customer and still greeted me. It didn't take long with them. Then she confirmed who I was, took me for a ride to my unit. After returning to the office it didn't even take 10 minutes. She was thorough kept smiling and explained everything clearly. I would like to thank public storage for this great encounter and service.

The security is nice with the access code gates, lights and all. I feel comfortable with out much worry on anyone breaking into my storage. Storage was clean with electric ran to it so I could see. Best of all was the staff there at the Jackson, MI location, Kaycie was very helpful and nice, easy and understanding to talk too. I will recommend it to others.

Nice price for the size, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. The only negative was there was a dead mouse in the hallway.

Lindsey was absolutely wonderful. She and Casey were friendly, thoughtful, understanding and very patient. They both gave me a lot of options to choose from and was very knowledgeable about the job. I have no complaints with neither one of them. I would recommend the Public Storage to anybody. I am more than satisfied with my storage place and the staff.I commend them both on a job well done.
