Portage, Michigan location
Despite several conversations with staff, there continues to be an ongoing and now worsening issue with irresponsible pet owner(s) allowing their dog(s) to use the facilities as an indoor kennel. This wouldn't be acceptable outdoors, much less indoors. The staff doesn't seem bothered by it as nothing has been done. No signs, nothing. Once in a while the crap is scooped up by staff only to find fresh crap pile up over the next few days. Disgusting, and unacceptable. Don't waste your money here unless you don't mind side-stepping dog crap as you enter/exit your storage unit. I'd upload photos but there doesn't seem to be a function for that here.
