Great location and very clean.

Everything is great. The facility is well maintained and easy to get to, The only recommendation I have would be to repaint the space numbers for the RV parking. They are faded so much they are very difficult to read. Thank you.

The facility has been very clean everytime I visit the facility.everone has been very helpful and nice. I will definitely rent from them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit. The units are up-to-date on technology with cameras and gates which makes it an even better feeling with having my belongings there cuz I know there safe.

Customer service was wonderful... The unit and the grounds around the storage place was very clean... I felt very comfortable with renting a unit from Squarebox storage. Very pleasant people/environment... Thanks again

Very clean in side, more than enough room for my things, and easy to use self serve station for lock, and too check your account, But what if you don't know how to use the self serve. not everyone is tech savvy.

Always room for improvement 16 hour access could be expanded to 20 -24

Very easy to use and easy access. First 2 months at half price was awesome.

I keep getting late fees for my 2 units. I have called 3X today and each time I talk to someone, give them my call back number, get put on hold and then hung up on. My checked are sent every month, on time. $4,000 paid in just the past 12 months yet they keep charging me nearly $50 in late fees every month even though the people I speak with admit the checks arrive on time. No one calls me back, no one will send me a list of the payments they have received with dates. I just one big SCAM. They cash my checks on time, charge late fees and refuse to send me anything in writing admitting to which checks they have cashed and when.

Nice storage facility that is easy to use and store items.

Very friendly customer service. My reservation # did not work and the # the lady gave me over the phone also did not work but after a few attempts it just had my use my phone # and name and then it worked. Once I got in it was super simple to buy a lock and locate my storage unit. The unit was very clean and in great condition!
