I rented this unit for my college student who is coming home for the summer. Most places the CSR just does their job. Cierra explained the contract well, gave tips on packing the unit, went over fees that could incur and assisted with the gate issues with a smile. She also explained the insurances and the need to make sure my student was also listed on the unit. Her service made is such a smooth transition especially since we are not local to the area.
