The space was dry but pretty dirty with debris and a seal for the side rail of the door was completely off and laying on the ground which we figured out and put back on the rail successfully. Seems like no one from your staff checked it over after the last renter left.

I looked for quite some time for storage space at a reasonable price for my camper. This facility is conveniently located and appears to be very clean and well run. Kim was very responsive to all my questions and very pleasant to deal with.

The process was so easy to do. Everything was done online and the staff was available immediately via phone when I needed a few questions answered.

I was searching non stop for a storage unit when I finally came across premier! I followed the steps to make a reservation and then called the office for further instruction. The lady I spoke with was very prompt in returning my phone call and had lots of information to give about using the unit, codes, going over the options to do paperwork in office or online and answered all the silly questions I had! ( I've never rented a storage unit before and she made me feel confident in my purchase as well as giving relief that she wasn't annoyed with my lack of knowledge.My only nit pick would be, is I wish that you could access the units 24/7, but that's just a preference. the mon-sun 5am-11pm and on holidays is very generous.

Could easily enter the unit without in person interaction. They have an online payment facility, which makes checking in easier. Also got a second month storage free.

The women who was working was very friendly and was very patient with my kids.

I have returnef to this great place because they have always been accomodating to me. I have used their outside and inside storage, almost all the sizes since I've lived in and out of this area. They have always been there for me and it was even easier this time because of their online reservations. Saved me a lot of time!

I was very pleased with the efficiency in getting the storage unit. On the phone with customer service under 10 mins. Completed paperwork under 5 mins. Had a lock in hand and was ready to go. I already recommended storage unit to a friend.

Nice facility with a great manager. Unit was nice and the owner even stopped to clean the spider webs out as we were getting ready to put stuff in the unit.

Called two places in town, Premier and one just across the highway a mile or two away. Premier has longer hours, cleaner, and almost 50% cheaper!

I recently rented a unit through Premier storage and I am so happy with how everything is going so far. The price of my 10x10 unit is very fair and the customer service I received was great. I am very comfortable leaving my belongings with Premier for a few months!

This facility's prices are less than those on average in East Lansing. This MSU student saved $30 or more on a month's rent! The staffperson was helpful and promptly replied to my questions.

We just moved in. The space seems about adequate for the contents of a two-bedroom apartment worth of stuff.
