I rented a unit in December, 2019 for $87 per month. Less than a year later, I received notice that effective the next month, November, 2020, the price was increasing to $114 per month. That is an increase of 31% in less than one year. Of course, it happened just going into winter (and during a pandemic) so moving locations was not really a choice for me. I called to complain about the increase, but was told there was nothing they could do locally to change it. I plan to look for other options this summer. Beware of your cost jumping a lot unexpectedly!!!

We needed storage quickly on a Saturday. I had little hope of finding anything, but lo and behold, I found Prime Storage, was able to rent the size I needed, and move my items right away. The employees were very kind, helpful, and I had no problems whatsoever. They even auto debit our monthly rental charges, a plus for me! So glad I found them.

After a competing storage company failed to deliver a usable outdoor storage space I contacted Spencer, Prime Storage Manager. He had the space cleared of 18 inches of snow and allowed our car to be stored. Excellent customer service, good value.

Constant increase in rates ever since prime storage took over. It's almost doubled since I've started renting the unit. No loyalty to king time renters

The lights in my unit have not worked for the last year. This impacts my ability to access my belongings and causes a concern for safety....especially when it gets dark earlier in the day. I also see prices that are much cheaper than my monthly rate.

Spenser helped me get my storage unit the size I needed. He was very knowledgeable of the facility and doing the paperwork. He was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Close to home. Icy conditions around the entrance to my unit followed by getting soaked from the runoff from the roof. But not bad, because the space dry and secure.
