I made a reservation for a spot for my camper. The office lady was very nice. But told me they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have outside parking for campers . But when in the office you could clearly see a camper parked right up front but I was told I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t? I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like that their are different rules foe different people

The unit had just been cleaned and the floor was still wet around the edges, but it was very clean and secure.

Set up was fast, to the point and the front desk woman told me all thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s i would need to know. She was also very nice and personable. I even was able to buy a lock from here which was a time saver. Thank you.

I was able to reserve online then go in to pay and get my unit. They were prompt in calling me and everything went smoothly. I have had a unit here once before (2010) and it was always a good experience. I do wish they didn't lock up at 9 PM though.

Stop N Lock is close to campus and is reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The office staff for check in are super friendly. Bring your own padlock or pay an inflated price to get one there. This was my first time getting a storage space and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see prior to arriving that I should bring my own. May be a common thing for those that are not first-timers like me.

Lady at the office was extremely friendly. She actually thought from customers side. I even enjoyed talking with her while my paper works are get ready. Moreover the rented room was clean enough!

Although this place is definitely not the best quality storage unit, it is very good prices, easy to use, and great customer service.perfect for what I need it for not a long term storage solution.

The indoor lockers are a bit old, and take a bit of jiggling to open, but overall solid and we'll priced.

Very kind and friendly staff, they have an alarm system connected to each and EVERY door in the storage facility BONUS!!

The staff was very accessible and beyond helpful. They have good communication with their renters. We used the unit to store some items before moving in at the local university which is not far away. The unit was clean. Remember to bring a lock or you can purchase one on site.

I've never used self storage before, and I found the reservation process efficient, accurate, and professional. The attendant was very good, and we discovered that with the AAA card, we got the first month for only the $15 administration fee. The only downside is that the unit has a couple of areas of unpleasant looking stuff on the ground, so we had to load carefully to avoid them.

Would use again, very helpful and easy access. Security is top notch.

My locker was clean, available, and the Truckers who brought my things were easily able to get my things into the storage locker.

Stop and Lock IV is a wonderful place to store whatever you have. The customer service is great and the location isn't too busy or crowded. They are very understanding with college storage needs for the summer and make moving in very easy. DO NOT buy a disc lock for this place though, they are too big and they have locks on site for purchase. If you need to store something I would recommend this place.

They can set up an automatic payment system with your card and if you want to cancel, you would just have to call them before the first day of the month. Really simple system and nice storage spaces very clean too
