Great customer service...I was completely exhausted looking for a storage unit within 5 miles from my area! Nothing was available, so I found Self Storage-it was a bit far. However, it was worth a trip! The rep over the phone helped calm my nerves by answering my questions with sincerity. The in person rep at the location was so patient with me. She carefully explained everything and physically showed me how to get in the gate and the unit. Great price for the size unit that I have.

Trying to find a trustworthy storage unit for a good price was a challenge, but I couldn't be happier with my choice to rent from Mini U Storage. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They worked around my tight schedule to help me in anyway they could. The free use of the moving truck was also a huge bonus and stress relief. The units themselves are outdoors, but well-maintained. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a storage facility after my daughter graduated to hold the items from her apartment. I was interested in this facility because the price was very competitive and its location works for us. When we checked in, the staff was very helpful, pleasant, and clear. Very pleased so far!

The facility doesn't have any surveillance and has a gate that you can easily hop to get in. my storage unit had oil on the ground. But it was a fair price through sparefoot.com.

the only criticism I have is that the driveway around and between the units are a little narrow

I went on line and was able to reserve a unit less than if I had called direct. This was a last minute emergency move and it worked out for me and my niece. I referred her to the unit and she was also able to take advantage of the great savings. Great staff and service. The website is user friendly and you can have your confirmation sent to your email or text. (I saved about $30.00) Thanks

I stopped in and checked Mini storage before going online to reserve. Jim was great and showed me a unit in a snowstorm. I reserved online for a great price and Jim took care of the balance of the paperwork. He and his wife do a very good job with customer service and helping out. HIghly recommend.

Great value for a 5x5 at $19/mo. Excellent customer service with fast and professional service. They have bird poop issue in the 5x5 units that need to be addressed.

The managers (Lin and Larry) went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, even though they were in the midst of renovations at their office! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. It is very convenient for us as it is only a couple miles from our house and helps us tremendously since we do not have a basement or a garage and our shed canno handle anymore.

The monthly rent is a good value and that's what will bring customers through the door. The lady who assisted with the move in (Theresa) has absolutely no people skills. Although she seemed to be doing ablostely nothing when I arrives for my appointment, she seemed instantly irritated that I was there. She was unprepared , in a hurry, and doesn't seem to know how to communicate politely. The unit that I reserved was dirty and only cleaned upon request. I was dangerously whipped around the property on a golf cart in the middle of a snow storm. The attendant seemed bothered when I inquired about the truck that was also supposed to be reserved and unprofessionally complained that "they told her it was for a different day " . I even witnessed Theresa shun a lady who came in to make a payment on her aleady occupied unit. I really can't say enough about the poor customer service. The only reason I know her name was because I asked on my way out to be sure I could include it in a review. Price will continue to drive traffic to this business but customer experience and referrals typically play a large role in repeat and referral business. Somebody needs to train this lady on how to create a positive customer experience otherwise they may get the wrong impression of the organization. I haven't used a facility previously, however the unit needed to be swept prior to placing my things in it. I did like the way the facility was laid out.

The only thing I would say is the walk-in door back to the units should be locked at all times, we were able to just walk in.

I needed a storage unit quickly and at a great price, and this worked out great!

Working with Mini U Storage was such a pleasure. I have been searching for a new storage unit for a while and this was the best price and the best value out there. We receive 1/2 off the 1st three months , a great price and 2 free tiger ticket. On top of all that we received great service.

Great value! We were not expecting 50% off our rent for the first 3 months, a free lock, a free truck rental, and 2 free Tigers tickets! Great deal and very friendly staff.

I reserved one online because of the low price and the fact that they had a free truck advertised (for a deposit, at least). I didn't wind up using the truck because there's only one and the timeframe was too close. The unit is secure enough for me, but not Fort Knox... another unit I have is indoors and would still only rate a 4.
