Last minute I needed a storage unit, I found this facility with a quick google search and it was the cheapest price around for a quality indoor unit. Customer service was amazing and moving in was quick and easy. Super satisfied with my experience here.

THE DOOR IS VERY HARD TO PUSH OPEN. IT NEEDS TO BE GREASED. THE UNEVEN PAVEMENT IN FRONT OF UNIT IS HARD FOR ME TO NEGOTIATE, I'M OVERDUE FOR HIP REPLACEMENT AND SPINE SURGERY. ONLY ONE LIGHT WORKS SINCE THE PULL STRING IS BROKEN.

Staff is fantastic. That is why I rented even though I would have preferred stronger walls, video cameras, and locked exterior doors. Cameras monitoring back fencing would be great.

Amy was extremely patient with my request to walk the property and view multiple units. All my questions were followed up with respectable answers. My only complaint is the lengthy questions and signature/initialing required. 20 plus minutes from the time I committed to the unit to the time I walked out the door. CORPORATE LISTEN UP! I'm not buying a house. The paper work is too much. Amy is great- you need a system that doesn't freeze up and is timely. I appreciate your service and will highly recommend to all family and friends. Thanks Amy.

I moved from Florida to Michigan and spoke to AMY prior to my move, I reserved an outside drive up unit and she assured me it would be available for me when I got there and it was, even though she did not have to hold that particular unit for me. The day I went to sign the paperwork I was really stressed out and and not in too friendly of a mood but AMY remained very friendly and professional. A week later my truck arrived with things, and when they loaded my stuff into the unit the truck driver noticed one of the wall panels in the unit was completely loose and unhinged and could possibly allow someone from the unit next door entry into my unit, needless to say I was REALLY stressed about that, AMY came to the unit, took photos, wrote up an emergency work order and called the manager immediately to expedite the work order, AND Amy called me several times over the next 2 days to reassure me that she was working on getting the issue corrected, and she did. I would definitely recommend this facility, totally due to AMY being the Very Nice and Professional that she is even though I was not as nice as I should have been to her ! Thank You Again Amy !!

I have a 5 x 10 unit. Just the right size. The office team was very helpful and friendly. Would have given it 5 stars but the lighting outside my unit was burned out making difficult to see as there is no light inside the unit.

The four (4) months that I had to put my items in Public Storage was an experience that I will always remember. My adult children suggested that I use this type of storage after living in a home for over 20 years, downsizing, and now getting married. I have no problems in suggesting to anyone that needs to put items in storage for short/long periods of time to use Public Storage. The employees were the best!
