Just moved can’t give assessment

Check in and move in went well. My one complaint is there is no light in my unit making it difficult to navigate.

We moved in to your unit on 2/16. The biggest snow storm of the year. Bad timing yes. The storage facility and manager were aware we would be moving on that day. We pulled up to the storage unit at 3pm that day only to find that NOTHING had been plowed. The driveway to the facility was not plowed nor was the road back to the storage unit. When a manager arrived she had to park at a neighboring business and walk over because her car couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it into the driveway of the facility. Absolutely no excuse.

When I originally contacted Public Storage about renting a space I was told I would receive the first month for a dollar when I went in to sign the paperwork they told me that that promotion was not on the storage container I request I was very disappointed in this I will not forget I rented the unit anyway because I was in a bind and needed a place right away

Good overall, but they won't price match. So don't try if you find cheaper

I liked that I could set it up online and the deal I got was fantastic! Tiffany's customer service skills were exceptional. It was the best customer service I have had in along time.

Pricing is high but cheaper than other places. The hours of access are limited which could be a problem some day. Security appears to be good. The place is clean but the vehicles stored there are run down and you can tell many have not moved in a very long time. It kinda gives the place a unkept feeling.

We were helped by Tiffany at the Plymouth Rd, Livonia location. She's been exceptional in every way. Reminded us to get a TV box. Helped us get additional storage and get us into it in the snow. Always very professional and very nice! A big thanks to her!

Such an awesome place! Great Customer Service (Jessica is the bomb)! All of the units are so spacious and very well maintained. So glad we chose to store our stuff at this location. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Easy, simple and the best rate i could find for the size unit that i needed

Great Products, Great Service and most importantly Great staff. Jessica Was so helpfully and caring. She made me feel like so well taken care of and made sure that I had the right Unit for what I needed. She listen and took what was important to me and put me in a unit that I am 100% comfortable with. I wish all companies had employees like Jessica. She made the whole process quick and easy without taking any short cuts and truly cared about what I was looking for. The Public Storage in Livonia is A+++++++++. The units are clean and easy to get to and pricing is very fair and the communication is second to none. If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further. You're going to get a great unit at a great price (First month is only $1!) the staff is amazing and the location is perfect and easy to get to and in and out with any size vehicle. Please give them a call or go visit them if you're in the market for a storage unit. I promise you won't be sorry.
