Those on the receiving end of the phone have been wonderful. There was a small hiccup around the unit, but we figured it out within a minute due to a misclick that occurred during the initial reservation. It was extremely simple and the service was great on both phone calls. I love that you gave us a lock too. We did already have our own, but it was a really fun surprise when we opened the unit.

The area that I was directed to park our motor home has a lot of debris that could damage the tires. There is is also a wire or cable that runs across the property, this wire is hanging so low between the poles that the motor home could become entangled. The land is low and the water table is high as well.
