rental was fairly simple and access is good

I have only been there about two weeks, but I’m exceptionally pleased with all aspects of this storage facility. Mark and Brandon have been exceptionally nice and have made sure I’m completely happy with my decision to utilize this facility. Cleanliness is outstanding and I love the ability to drive my vehicle inside the facility on days when it’s raining. It is also extremely helpful to have access to free flatbed carts which saved me the expensive of having to go purchase my own dolly.

I love that SpareFoot.com connected me to this great new facility called 1-800 Self Storage. My move was very easy starting from Online Reservations to moving things into my unit. Guys at the front desk name Brandon and Mark were great with all my questions. My 3-year-old nephew helped me move boxes on the cart and he was awarded complimentary ice cream from the storage lobby. Thanks guys!

Using this storage has been a pleasure. Customer service was really good. Never had such a good experience renting a storage space !!! Never had storage facility to provide snacks. Never had storage facility with guidance markers throughout the building so you can always find your way easily.

On my move in date. I went to the storage facility and was immediately greeted by both employees, both named Mark lol. They were the most pleasant people I have ever met! I was offered complimentary ice cream and water. The facility was immaculate. They made sure I was educated on how the facility operates and I enjoyed every moment of the interaction. I have had a storage unit for over 15 years and this facility is by far the best experience ever!

Mark & Mark provided the best customer service! I was shown my exact unit, where the loading elevators are, and available carts to use prior to signing anything. While my paperwork was being completed, I enjoyed a free ice cream that is always available while the office is open, they also offer free coffee and water. The facility is very secure, clean, and has an indoor loading/unloading dock. 100% recommend!!

Had a fantastic experience! customer service was above and beyond expectation. very helpful, explained everything well, and even listened to my first phone call that we were moving my elderly mother and put us in a close first floor unit. That attention to detail and kindness is rare these days. You have a valued employee who represents you well.

It hardly took any time to reserve my storage unit online and then finalize in person. The facility is super clean and the staff are great! Plus they have free water and ice cream! I'm satisfied.
