Hisa was fantastic. The facility was extremely clean. I felt very welcomed and Hisa took her time with me and made sure I was very happy like customer service USED to be. The whole experience amazing.

We greatly appreciate the fact that we were able to get our dollie back that we mistakenly left behind . We did have a problem trying to get my 12 foot extension ladder to the 2nd floor though. It would not fit on the elevator, nor were we able to take it up the stairs.

This is the cleanest nicest storage I have ever rented

Everything was pleasant! The online reservation process was easy, I got a call to go over everything, and it was easy to finish getting our unit. The facility is clean, and I got a call from them telling me I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lock my unit right and they walked me up and showed me how I to do it so my stuff was secure! Exceeded my expectations and use again!

I want to commend Jayla at the Hayes location for her exceptional customer service. Jayla has a positive attitude and was helpful when answering all the questions I had regarding the rental process. She went above and beyond with me to make sure I understood the contract and how to access the facility. Chantell, the District Mangager, was also accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

I've used many storage facilities in the past and this was one of the best. Clean, easy to access unit, and great staff. The staff is friendly and courteous and I would recommend the storage to others.

Love that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close by! super clean. Easy to use since your able to drive right inside and door closes behind you for added safety!

The customer service representative was rude and talked negatively about every customer she saw. She told me that they cut locks off units and force customers to buy new ones if they accidentally don't lock it right. She also said if my stuff is stolen they aren't responsible.

Very easy to move in to with friendly staff

Office help was only there for the day but was friendly and helpful. I would think it helpful if a map to find you storage unit would be generated. Also incorporating labels for the aisles.

This facility is like new. The hallways are spotless. The unit was immaculate.

The serve I have received from the attendant at the Macomb Public Storage has been great and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.
