the cart to help move in was nice, but the wheel was broke. It also would have been nice to have unit numbers on the doors that were in the bldg. The intercom system did not work, so I had to call the front desk to ask where my unit was.

I recently had to rent some storage space from Public Storage in Rochester Hills. Jeeda was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made renting my space very easy. Thank you!

Everything went good, space was just what I needed, clean and well lite with good security. The price was excellent but I did not like that I was told that the price increases about every 6 months. I feel that what you agree upon should be a locked in price until you area no longer renting the storage space. Someone in the office 7-days a week.

My experience was very positive. Everyone was helpful, not pushy and willing to make my stay a positive one. The facility is very clean well maintained and I'm happy to store my belongings there.

Public Storage mgr was very helpful for our renting a 2nd unit. I have never had a problem with storage here. It is quite expensive to have 10 x 10 units these days. I was glad to get a 2nd unit very close to my original unit, however.

Excellent experience renting this unit over the Memorial Day weekend. Anup Patel was very helpful, courteous and polite. The Storage Unit was clean and smooth shutter. Will recommend this Storage place to everyone.

Clean, well-lit facility with wide aisles. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and lots of room to back right up to the building to load and unload.

Its very close to my home and convince. Place is very secure and clean. They have many different type of storage place. Very friendly staff and am happy camper.

Anup at Rochester Hills was very professional, gave a tour of the facility, explained security features. Clean, well lit, cared for, in a convenient location. Office sells great variety of packing supplies. Very pleased.
