Fair price for the 10' x 5' unit, but no forthcoming about insurance prices and not easily communicated pricing for 2nd month/ pro-rated month (since I am only keeping storage unit for 1 month). I also think the price is a bit high for such a small unit. I noticed my 10' x 5' unit is two converted 5' x 5' units, which requires two locks, another inconvenience with Public Storage. I can't say I'll be back if I needed to store stuff in the future

Michelle was excellent. We were running behind but she kept in touch with us all day. Estimated we had the wrong storage & gave us the correct one. Went over & beyond!!! Was terrific!! Amazing!!

I reserved a storage unit online as it was offered at an online discount. Within an hour, I had received a call to set up an appointment at the storage facility. When I went to sign off on the unit, the lady that assisted me, her name was Simone, was very courteous and helpful. The transaction was efficient and reasonably fast. Altogether the experience was pleasant.
