From the time I stepped into the lobby it was very evident that Joyce the manager was knowledgeable about what we needed. It was by far the most professional and accommodating experience my family and I had. The grounds were clean and the storage units seemed well maintained. i haven't moved anything in yet, but I was very happy with the registration process. Heather was great! Answered all of my questions. She was training 2 (Deanna and Victoria ) new employees. She was patient with them and positive. I used the facility for 2 years. My belongings were safe, dry and in great shape when I moved out today. Angelina was very helpful.
