Ever since my first phone call I was impressed with the customer service, the professionalism, the value, the information, etc. I was especially pleased with Simone' when I met with her on Sunday morning to reserve my unit, she was pleasant, knowledgeable,, informative, expeditious, and overall very helpful. From the time I stepped into the lobby it was very evident that Joyce the manager was knowledgeable about what we needed. It was by far the most professional and accommodating experience my family and I had. The grounds were clean and the storage units seemed well maintained. Under Joyce's Leadership the East 10 mile location is in great hands!

Simone was really helpful, knew all the paperwork, and made it an easy rental. Place is clean and secure. I have two rental units, one is climate controlled, the other not. They are both easily accessible and clean.

i haven't moved anything in yet, but I was very happy with the registration process. Heather was great! Answered all of my questions. She was training 2 (Deanna and Victoria ) new employees. She was patient with them and positive. I used the facility for 2 years. My belongings were safe, dry and in great shape when I moved out today. Angelina was very helpful.
