Would definitely use this storage facility in the future

Needed storage in a short timeframe. Process was simple with lots of options and got a great price. Move in went very easily and all paperwork was completed online.

Would definitely use Sparefoot and Public storage again.

On my move in day I was wondering how the process worked. I called customer service and got an AI which did not help at all. Figured it out in the end and the process was very simple.

Simone drove from a different location( Chicago road ) to get us settled in the location

It was easy to obtain the unit I needed and the manager was very helpful -and very nice

Terri is super nice and helpful. Had a good experience with paperwork. Was quick and easy. Only annoying part was that you need their specific lock. And the size of the unit I need, has two doors so I had to buy two locks. Other than that, it was great.

Quick service. Clean spot to park my Rig. Really appreciate the timeliness.

Customer service was outstanding

The staff has been great, the units are clean and security is good. My only issue is that the sign facing the street is not lit, and when it is dark your location can be hard to spot. Why not light the sign? It would be easier to locate you.

Other than the person apparently living in one of the units (313 I believe) I had a perfect experience. The office people were very friendly and helpful.

We have had a great experience with this facility and with Teri and Antoinette. I will recommend to others.

The storage facility itself is decent. The only issues I had was with the staff. I reserved a unit online through their website. Was constantly getting phone calls about moving in and signing the paperwork, even though my Move-In date that I selected online wasn't for another 4 days. Just to keep them from calling me 3 times a day, went in to sign paper work, which then started my lease on that day. While signing paper work, Michelle was giving me options for their rental insurance. She told me that I had to go with their company for the insurance, when I asked if I had to go through them. Ended up canceling it a week later when I was told by my Insurance Agent that the storage unit was already covered in my current Insurance Plan. Like I said, the property was decent, and had ok units. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pushy staff.

This place is great! We've been here several years and have always been very happy. The staff Teri and Simone were super helpful in getting us going on additional larger units. Having these additional units during this frenzied pace has helped us to increase profits and having the security in place gives us confidence to leave all our stuff here. We have rented other storage units in the past and this location far exceeds the service we had at other units. Again Teri and SImone made our transition into the larger units ultra smooth. I would recommend this location to anyone for their personal or business needs. Thanks so much!

Teri and Michelle were very helpful by contacting my daughter to confirm that I was her father and getting from my daughter sufficient information to allow me to address my daughter's late payment. Note: PUBLIC STORAGE NO LONGER ALLOWS UNITS TO BE TRANSFERRED. Teri and Michelle are second to none in helpfulness

Great and helpful staff.

In the area we have 10 self-storage facilities. All of the facilities seem clean, safe and secure & each place is priced within a few dollars per month of one another. After researching my options online and contacting multiple places I found that the level of customer service was the only thing that set one place apart from the rest. My decision to choose the place was easy. They have an awesome staff that consistently provides amazing customer service!! Thank you to Michelle who recently stayed after hours on a Sunday to assist me. She could have told me to come back on Monday during business hours but instead she insisted on staying to help me right then and she had the best attitude! It's rare to find people that actually do go above and beyond to take care of each customer. Store your stuff here!! They really are the best!

Samantha was extremely helpful. Units are good size, clean and dry. Very efficient facility. Good access to storage units as well
