Check in seemed a little complicated considering I simply want a garage to store some overflow household items. I think I read less and signed less when I bought my house. Additionally, the advertised price is definitely not the price. You MUST purchase their insurance OR provide proof that you're covered through your homeowner's. So pay more to them or pay more on your homeowners, and at the very least, you have to spend valuable time getting hard copy documents for them to stick in their file. Next time, I'll save myself time and make up a document showing coverage. They won't and can't check.

The office was closed (during hours, 12:30 PM on a Sunday) when I went to sign papers and get my keys. Had to wait until 1 PM for someone to show up so I could officially get my unit. Other than that everything was fine!

Great storage unit! Clean, easy access, gated and security cameras.
