From door to street should be no steep up but sloped for a smooth transition from vehicle to door. Especially for Seniors!!.

Great customer service. I highly recommend one of the best customer service and facility. I have ever been to. Add the location itself, very clean the manager very Attentive, very caring. We'll find what you're looking for Very helpful, really cares about her company. She cannot speak highly enough about them. And I agree, I think the owner friends on a great facility and I think Whoever owns this company Shoud open more I give them 10 stars. They are fantastic and I'm glad I'm part of the family. No better facility in oakland county.

I was confused about how the whole process worked! Kassie was more than happy to explain things to me and she explained them well! I found my unit to be in clean condition, No sign of bugs which is a plus compared to some! Need a place for your stuff I recommend here!

I was supposed to move in, but nobody was there, thought the sign said they were open and I was a couple hours away from closing time. I called and the rep could not get ahold of anyone, either. I sat in my car looking for other facilities and the office guy showed up and took care of me and apologized that they were understaffed, so I guess I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be too mad. The cart was small and rickety compared to other places, but my unit was close to the door, anyway. My code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work when I came back with another load, so I have to call and figure it out. Luckily another tenant was nice enough to use his code and let me in.

Loved how SROA rep took care of me by looking for the closest rental site, reserving the right storage unit and setting up the time/day for me to meet with the on site Manager. Felt great not to waste time on the internet/phone looking for the things the SROA rep did on first call. Wish more companies had this phenomenal support.
