Outside storage is compacted gravel. In some areas there is water culverts created by rain run off. It appears it is not maintained on a regular basis. It works for the most part. I have not experienced all weather conditions yet.

I'm so glad a came across this location during my search for additional space to store some of my home office supplies and documents. I really appreciate the lock being included with the unit, it made things so much easier for me, and saved me time and the additional funds that would have been spent on purchasing a lock separately. The property manager present at the time of my move-in is a very pleasant person. She was friendly and responded quickly when I was stuck at the door (smile).

I got the outdoor storage garage for my car. Perfect place to store my car if i have to leave for Michigan. Prices are reasonable and place is very secure. Would definitely recommend it for anyone leaving in waterford or near Waterford.
