Rented online but was provided the incorrect gate code and incorrect code for the unit's lock. It took over 30 minutes to get someone from corporate to give us the correct gate code, then another 30 minutes to get someone from the local office to give us the correct lock code. Everyone was very helpful; I just had a hard time reaching anyone by phone in a timely manner during normal business hours. Everything else as expected.

When I first moved in, I had trouble with the door could not get it open or could I get a lock on it called the office and the young lady came right out the next day and fix the problem
