The gentleman I dealt with was very nice. More places should be like him. Sorry I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember his name but he just got back from surgery.

We rented an 8'X10' strictly to store new furniture until we move into our new home. The unit is very clean and secure. Good security measures have been put in place. The cost per month is also less than many other storage companies charge. Very happy!

He explained everything and answered all questions.

I would recommend to anyone who needs storage.

Very courteous staff. Quick move in after reservation. Easy in and out. Only complaint would be no lights in the unit, but not that big of a deal really.

Very quick process even though the unit I reserved was not available he was still able to get me a bigger unit for the same price.

Was able to get moved in quickly and Joe was very friendly and helpful! We even got a free moving truck to use! I would definitely recommend this place!

I was really impressed when I first went there, the service was outstanding and it was a very comfortable friendly atmosphere. I was very excited to find a storage area I could afford that is very clean, nice and impressive. Everything was explained to me and I was able to look at the units before I purchased one. I would recommend this storage unit to everyone.

At first I was very skeptical of this storage place based on the price and location, I just didn't expect much. But once there I was helped with my rental unit, given a great unit, and he even laughed at my lame jokes. The property looks secure and the paperwork was very simple. I have only good things to say and look forward to years of using their storage facility.

The facilities are great but it needs lights in the storage space can't see in the dark

I reserved my unit on line after reading some of the reviews. I went in a few days early to ask some questions. Brian was patient and kind, even though I came in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday. The following Monday, when I actually rented the unit, Bill was just as helpful. Wonderful guys. Wonderful experience. I've already recommended Mini U Storage to everyone I know. They are terrific! I'd give them 5 stars but I don't want them to get too cocky. lol

We were only able to get an interior unit but it worked great. Handcart by door and it was easy to unload and load.

I had a good experience. Renting my unit. I called in reserved my unit and it was ready when I made it in.The manager was friendly.

Bill was extremely polite and a real nice guy.Very prompt and helpful.

Great customer service, had to way 30 min as there were 2 people renting units ahead of me. I was disappointed that insurance, unit and truck, was not listed in the original email.

The facility was easy to get to and everything went really smoothly. I was a bit apprehensive to use SpareFoot Storage Finder (it all seemed to simple - and therefore, suspicious) but I couldn't have found a better deal. It all worked out so well!

I found myself in of some additional storage space due to an unexpected move.Thankfully, the staff at Mini-U Storage was very helpful in explaining my options and in deciding what my best option was.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received, the level of security, the pricing....the entire experience made my out-of -state move so much easier!

I was very pleased from the moment I made the initial phone call. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. The follow through was great. I was given the same level of service when we met face to face. The unit was also very clean.
