Super easy to book the unit online. It was ready the next day, got a text message informing me of my unit #, and the lock was inside of the unit ready to go for me. Super easy and convenient!

I had a problem with the door and one of the tenants offered his assistance and he saw the problem and went back to the office and explained the problem to the manager and she came out to assist me and had the issue resolved. Thank you everyone that was involved Г°ЕёЛњЕ

Simple process and very easy in and out of my storage unit. And great price

I had stored things at another storage facility across the street from the Public Storage facility. I left that facility, as they priced themselves out of the market. I couldn't justify paying $180 for a 10 x 10 space, and will save $50 monthly with PS, at the present rate.

It's fine, just don't like the hours of operation for the gate. It should be up to 12 midnight. Because when you are trying to put your stuff in the unit you have to rush to get in the gate. We are trying to move on our own, because we can't find anyone to help us because of the virus.

Rented 10x20 last week. Realized that a 10x40 would work better. Because I rented the 10x20 and wanted to change, I did not qualify for the $207 a month on 10x40 that I picked on line, and I got no 1st month or 2nd month free because I transferred. Now I have a $241 a month payment instead of $207. There is my response.

getting my storage unit was fast and easy and the unit was clean and dry which is one of the things i was concerned with in having an outdoor unit. the price was cheaper than i thought it was going to be which is a plus for me being a one person income home. Recently loosing my dad to cancer and not being able to work for 4 months price was a huge factory for me and i couldn't be happier.

Property manager was nice and able to answer any questions we had, plus explained everything as he should.. Storage isles where roomy with plenty of space to get around.

Need to fix the ceilings in the units so stuff doesn't fall on things stored But other then that it's a good place especially the woman who helped me, Robin. Very very nice!!!!

Came and rented a unit today. Gabby was excellent and attentive. Great customer service even with our one year old! Would recommend to any friends as long as they dealt with Gabby!

it was a very warm greeting and tour of the storage area ....Robbin was very informative about the access to the property and overall it was a very positive experience.

I have been there a few times now and every time I have gone the side gate the people can walk through was always unlock. So If you wanted to just walk in you could. So my only concern in security.

THIS PROPERTY IS A VERY CLEAN FACILITY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO BOTH NEW CUSTOMERS AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS ALIKE. TEE AND SAM HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE THAT MAKES THEM AN ASSET TO THE PUBLIC STORAGE FAMILY.

I have no problems with Public Storage at all, so far. The unit is clean and secure, the rental rate is reasonable, and the manager, Samantha, was outstanding in welcoming us, explaining everything well, and treating us with respect. Couldn't ask for more!

Very refreshing the attendant Tee was very cordial, knowledgeable,courteous and very respectful of my needs and very understanding. She went above and beyond all my expectations. The place was very clean and neat. Tee was extremely professional in all aspects of her work. I'd recommend this place to all who need a place to store their belongings.

The clerk helped me and calmed my grandson so that we could transact our business in a timely manner. She should be training people how to give good Customer Service when clients have children. Thank you for your love toward me.

Compared to the other storage facilities around the same location, Public Storage was a steal! It was extremely clean, and the property manager was so incredibly helpful and friendly.
