Checked in and did the process online by myself, was easy. Didn't need the lock so we were refunded for the supplied lock very quickly.

Lights didn't work in unit. Should be repaired.

I got a quote online then I received a call from the location & the lady I spoke with was rude & only wanted to set a date/time to come in. I accidently canceled my online quote & we had to pay more when we signed up in store. When we did come in we worked with Chelsea & she was helpful & friendly. Though the ceiling in our unit was falling & they put in a request to have it fixed but it wasn't fixed in time for us to move items in. The site doesn't seem to be taken care of the front gate was broken, the golf cart wasn't working & the units don't get repaired in a timely manner.

These ladies are awesome, I'm always greeted with a smile every time I walk in. I tend to stay longer than usual because of the great conversations. Never had a problem or any issues, anything I needed they assisted me with. I'll say with having the energy and spunk that they do..... It makes a difference. #teamChetty

Nina is awesome! I had broken my key off into my lock mistakenly. Ran into the office franticly then I where calmed and assisted by Nina who had fixed the situation with ease and laughter I greatly appreciated her services.
