Absolutely no clear directions No carts to assist with moving heavy items The phone app doesn't work to open gate Customer Service person new NOTHING

I reserved my price for a 10x20 at Public Storage using sparefoot.com. Public Storage location is clean, staff is friendly, the unit was cleaned out when I arrived. Public Storage staff explained paperwork well and the ability to use an app to open the gates and park fees is really convenient! By far the cheapest unit I found online by under $75/month with the promotion!

Angela went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of with my unit. A last minute issue came up with a duplicate booking and she called us promptly and sorted it out. I look forward to doing business here and I will definitely recommend this place going forward.

The steps to finding my unit, renting & moving in were super easy

You guys start upgrading things .. good job you need it that and I just hope you have a nice recording systems to record ..!! bc few years back they broke in to my truck and they did steal everything my lost was $1000 and a load that I lost for $1200 to Ohio.. it should be on your records..I was helping the police for 3 hrs bc I was ready to leave to work at 3-4 am winter time then and your employee was deeply sleep then ..

Joyce helped me find the right storage unit to fit my needs, and she made what should have been a chore quite fun! The sign up process was easy enough and then Joyce took me to see some units, cracked some jokes, and then I was out the door with my gate code and my key! Thanks for making it worth the visit!

OMG - the staff is so wonderful here! Joyce, Samantha, and Andy were so customer friendly and they really enjoy their job there. I received two courtesy calls- one to make sure the move in was ok and to make sure that space worked fine for me. The storage was well clean inside and the surrounding areas is well kept. No debris on the grounds. Thanks to the team for making this transition easy for me.

Disappointed that the corporate office does not know the schedule of the onsite manager. Called need immediate storage parking, told to bring in as needed immediate place to store camper. Was told ok to bring in (told them on my way now). Property manager to call & confirm space available. This at 2:45 pm. Manager had other appointments and only free at 4:30......now what do I do? I have to wait. Wished corporate ffice could have told me that when I talked to them. Joyce did do a good job with customer service, nice lady....corporate you need to respect the onsite managers schedules and check appointment times.

Reserving was easy, check in was fast storage and property are clean and everything about the rental detail was explained.

Leah has been so helpful and informative. You better keep her. She is fabulous!
