Great pricing for a unit- by far the cheapest around- however, these units have what feels like an abnormally high rate of break ins. If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re considering them I would recommend you also look into insurance for your belongings. At worst- you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t end up needing to use it, but at a realistic best; youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re at least compensated for the monetary value of the lost possessions that you worked hard to build your life with.

They give you an access code but there is no secure gate to Enter the code. The storage facility is wide open 24/7. However, it is clean?

Was told there was a green tag on the door and a lock inside in a bag. Neither of the 2 was there. Other then that customer service was great, location good. Facility grounds had things people had left behind as trash laying around.

Helpful staff. But difficult to do the e signing on my phone.

Well from online I have a good experience to calling the people was just as easy as the online process they were there to help me figure out things that I have a questions to but besides that we went there yesterday to look at it it was clean decent but I haven't moved my things in just yet! Thinking I'm going to get them from out of town tomorrow and bring them back so thank you! I really love the services I might upgrade to a bigger one over time!

Everything is good..it was available when I needed it

The office personnel are wonderfully helpful, resourceful, and infinitely patient. Just speaking with them assured me I'd chosen the best in the business. And good as they were, the onsite personnel were truly surprising. I fully expected to be dealing with a peevish, suspicious, ill-tempered clod. Instead, I found a smiling, courteous, hard-working professional who, as I couldn't help noticing, often reached down to pick up bits of trash here and there. I had already noticed the whole place was simply immaculate. Even the driveways appeared to be freshly graveled. This clean, tidy appearance helps me feel certain that my belongings are safe, and will remain so. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who might have storage needs.
