Very clean facility. Well maintained.

Things went much better than expected for the reservations and subsequently the actual move in. Very pleased with the way things turned out. ‹(•¿•)›

Mid January I reserved a 10 x 10 unit at the Champlin facility understanding that with the 25% discount I would be paying about $58.00 for the first 3 months. It turns out I was required to pay $67.00 instead (after the 25% deal). I paid up front the first 3 months but, in all honesty, cannot recommend this to anyone at this point. I suspected the individual helping me (Danny), a non-management/floater individual was a little confused too. After going back into seeing what was available online, a $77.00 10 X 10 space was in fact available. This looks like a process formally referred to as a "bait and switch" operation. It would be nice to talk to a manager about why this is happening. I am a repeat customer and currently rent 2 other 5 x 5 spaces. Very disappointed in Acorn at this point. The whole point of making the reservation was to lock in the advertised price.

I enjoyed the service there. They explained things very thoroughly. Easy and convenient entry and exit.

It was disappointing that the elevator was not working and had to use the further away evator. Other than that the place is very nice and reasonably priced.

We selected this unit because it is climate controled and nearby.

The gentleman that helped had a great sense or humor and me being a first time renter, was good at explaining to me what to expect. Would definitely recommend. The price is also really good!

There were some hickups but in the end they were able to work with me And set everything up same day.

Sara, the person working, was very nice and made sure I understood the whole process as we went through the contract.
