JoAnn was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was so easy.

The day I checked in to my unit. The worker was very helpful she took her time to help me out. She even stayed late to make sure I was able to move In. The facility was very clean.

The only thing I have to say is this. The floor of the bays are very slippery. I fell and my dad fell because of the polished floor in the bay.

We spent one hour and 45 minutes trying to get into our unit because we were given the wrong instructions in our email and spent Over an hour and 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what we were supposed to do with Customer service and nobody could help us. The customer service department was unaware of the second app that we were supposed to download which was not in our email instructions and thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s how we eventually figured it out and got in so horrible horrible horrible customer service for a company that says youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re a five star rated company

I have a large unit and have had it for over 1 year. My rates have gone up on a steady basis that it's almost ridiculous. The problem is that it;s a lot of work to move items out to a new facility - but my goal now after my 3rd - 4th increase is to get out of there and wanted to let others know to be aware. It's a rip off and false advertising. They have ulterior motives to their deals and increase the rates frequently to get more money out of you. Other than this, the location is in a convenient location and generally clean. Many times on the weekends its hard to get inside to load or unload items because of the limited parking / space - only two stalls.
