Gopher State Storage - Apple Valley

Last storage place kept raising the price, used A.I. on phone and listed gopher state storage as better for long term. The first Three months of storage were discounted,And staff very helpful.

I was able to reserve the unit I needed on line and finished everything over the phone with a very helpful employee and moved in hours later with no hassle. The lot is clean and well maintained and well secured so I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to worry if my stuff is safe or not. All around great experience! Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for a better experience.

Tidy facility. Excellent staff - always very helpful when I call. While city prices are high, the pricing is competitive and there are no hidden fees or price increases. I would recommend this storage facility.

When I moved in the manager was there and offered to help me with some boxes. Very nice and great customer service. I moved over because the place I was at before kept raising rates and this place was quite a bit less for same size unit. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and new it was.

Excellent location and brand new!

I switched from public storage down the road over to Gopher State Storage. I noticed these were brand new and much cheaper as well. I could not be happier! They do not play with rents every few months and the folks on the phone who I rented with were amazing!

Easy access with larger than usual doors. They are an excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this company!
