The property manager is rarely on site. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re somewhat different to contact my phone. Aside from that everything was clean and was easy to use.

Look out for the sign in fee. Your first $1 month ends up being closer to $60. Their lock is optional except that the locking configuration on the unit is unique to them...so you can't use your own lock....which costs more money. If there is a workaround, it doesn't matter because no one was there at 3:30pm to assist.

Thanks for being open! I am just concerned with the back gate being open. It is somewhat locked from a car, but annoyed can walk in there no code needed. Everything else was fine.

Overall I had a great experience. Rate was the best, the person who checked me in was knowledgable, kind and helpful. The one thing I did not like, was not knowing upfront about the add on fees. I made a reservation online, this should have been explained then. There is a lock fee and monthly insurance fees.

What an amazing place! Stacey runs a tight ship. Public Storage is a clean (spotless), well kept business, with obvious security. It is GREAT to know that when I close and lock the door, my precious belongings are safe...from any vandals or virmin...or any other feared situation. The smiling and friendly service is always consistent, (even during a busy time)It leaves me with a great deal of customer satisfaction. I could never ask for a better facility and staff.

Not too expensive month to month, but require an expensive insurance plan. Unit needed to be swept and cleaned when initially moved in. Good costumer service.

Stacey was amazing to work with that this location! Made our reservation online (which showed the prices and the deals going on right away), we were contacted within an hour to confirm our appointment and reservation. Showed up on site and was greeted by Stacey who took us around the lot and confirmed our storage needs with us. She was so helpful in all aspects of our move and even rode by a few times on her cart to say hi when we were loading and unloading. We ended up needing an additional storage unit for our stuff and Stacey was able to get us the unit right next to the first one! Nice facility, very clean, great updates to the lighting and landscaping. Exactly what we needed for our short term stay. Would and will definitely use this facility in the future.

There wasn't a unit at the first place I went so the lady showed me that the other Public Storage had an open unit. I drove over to the other place and she had called her ahead of time (in 2 minutes) and Stacey was expecting me and showed me the unit and I signed up for it. She was friendly and answered my questions. I came in another day and another woman was there and was great too.

I don't think I've received better service at any other business - which is a weird thing to say about a storage facility. I mean, go in, get key, sign stuff, right? Stacy (Stacey?) was so professional and really made me feel like she had my best interest at heart. I'm so impressed with how she made feel taken care of. Was shopping for a long term storage locker needed right away. The sales associate was friendly and honest with regard to costs, units available, etc and even encouraged me to shop around a bit before committing, which I did. And although I could have gotten smaller unit at a cheaper price, her honesty and willingness to help me in any way she could brought me back to Public Storage. My unit is very close to my office and I have ease of access anytime I need it.
