Public Storage - Apple Valley - 15075 Foliage Ave

Winter makes things harder to do, moving especially. I would recommend having a shovel along your first time to your locker. Use the app, it is very easy to get in and out, no passcode to remember, just click and your on your way. Price is right as well, affordable

The space was clean and well located. The outside needed some snow removal.

The property manager is rarely on site. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re somewhat different to contact my phone. Aside from that everything was clean and was easy to use.

They have been so helpful and careful.

Look out for the sign in fee. Your first $1 month ends up being closer to $60. Their lock is optional except that the locking configuration on the unit is unique to them...so you can't use your own lock....which costs more money. If there is a workaround, it doesn't matter because no one was there at 3:30pm to assist.

Shirley was Was very friendly and prompt in Responding to our Internet inquiry and help great and help us get a lease and moved into the unit very fast!

What can one say, it is a storage unit. I do like the mobile app, with it i can open the gate from the warmth of my car.

Thanks for being open! I am just concerned with the back gate being open. It is somewhat locked from a car, but annoyed can walk in there no code needed. Everything else was fine.

I've had no issues with Public Storage! I would have given a five star rating to this location except that it requires you to get out of your vehicle to open the gate.

We have never had any issues with this location. Have had flooding at other locations.

Overall I had a great experience. Rate was the best, the person who checked me in was knowledgable, kind and helpful. The one thing I did not like, was not knowing upfront about the add on fees. I made a reservation online, this should have been explained then. There is a lock fee and monthly insurance fees.

Cost is a bit more than I was expecting but location is convenient for now and I feel my items are secure.

Wow!!! Service is amazing. I asked Stacey lf she could call me if I could get our space before the date I have reserved it and she did it. That is called amazing customer service.

What an amazing place! Stacey runs a tight ship. Public Storage is a clean (spotless), well kept business, with obvious security. It is GREAT to know that when I close and lock the door, my precious belongings are safe...from any vandals or virmin...or any other feared situation. The smiling and friendly service is always consistent, (even during a busy time)It leaves me with a great deal of customer satisfaction. I could never ask for a better facility and staff.

Not too expensive month to month, but require an expensive insurance plan. Unit needed to be swept and cleaned when initially moved in. Good costumer service.

Stacey was amazing to work with that this location! Made our reservation online (which showed the prices and the deals going on right away), we were contacted within an hour to confirm our appointment and reservation. Showed up on site and was greeted by Stacey who took us around the lot and confirmed our storage needs with us. She was so helpful in all aspects of our move and even rode by a few times on her cart to say hi when we were loading and unloading. We ended up needing an additional storage unit for our stuff and Stacey was able to get us the unit right next to the first one! Nice facility, very clean, great updates to the lighting and landscaping. Exactly what we needed for our short term stay. Would and will definitely use this facility in the future.

The staff is very professional and courteous.

They really know what they are doing. There to help and suggest just what you need and don't try to upsale.

There wasn't a unit at the first place I went so the lady showed me that the other Public Storage had an open unit. I drove over to the other place and she had called her ahead of time (in 2 minutes) and Stacey was expecting me and showed me the unit and I signed up for it. She was friendly and answered my questions. I came in another day and another woman was there and was great too.

Needed a list minute storage option and they were extremely helpful in getting us set up.

I don't think I've received better service at any other business - which is a weird thing to say about a storage facility. I mean, go in, get key, sign stuff, right? Stacy (Stacey?) was so professional and really made me feel like she had my best interest at heart. I'm so impressed with how she made feel taken care of. In fact, the reason I had to get a unit is not a fun one, but I left there in a great mood. She is the definition of quality customer service. Thank you!

Was shopping for a long term storage locker needed right away. The sales associate was friendly and honest with regard to costs, units available, etc and even encouraged me to shop around a bit before committing, which I did. And although I could have gotten smaller unit at a cheaper price, her honesty and willingness to help me in any way she could brought me back to Public Storage. My unit is very close to my office and I have ease of access anytime I need it.

From the first phone call confirming our move in day Stacy was so nice and so friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy. Stacy had a number of great ideas to make this process simple. Thanks Stacy....you are truly the best in the business!
