It was quick and clean and hardest part was to find the locker but it was because of Old Eyeballs.

Everything went smooth and the unit was priced right

No climate control but prices lower because of this. Convenient location for us. Very friendly.

Nice facility. Paperwork was easy and quick a lock was supplied and the unit is clean and in good shape. Great great value for the money

Public Storage at the Apple Valley, MN location has been used by me now twice over 10 years. Each time my check-in has been very systematic with all my questions answered. The location has all the supplies I need for a successful and safe storage experience. I would highly recommend Public Storage for all your storage needs.

Appears to be excellent for my needs which is short term storage during a move...I wish they had an electrical outlet for a light...I will use them again if/when I need short/long term storage...

Fast and easy clean facilities would rent again

We had a great experience while renting a storage unit. Tom was great and answered all of our questions. Even though we got there shortly before it closed, he took his time explaining everything.

The staff was helpful and informative. Everyone was curteous.

The manager was great and professional. The site is in a great location and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

Friendly, easy, quick

Great for last minute storage. I went to their website and within an hour I was visiting the storage unit, signing papers, and moving in. I only wish they had indoor storage options as well. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. Everything else is great!

Customer service is awesome! Shiela helped me get the right size storage and took the time to make sure that I have what I need.

Sheila is the most genuine, most personable person I have ever met. She will bend over backward to make rental stay as awesome and pain free as possible. I highly recommend this location.

Sheila is the best!! She is super friendly & funny, and really knows how to brighten up the environment. The storage unit we rented (10' x 35') was great. Had a ceiling light inside and a power outlet right outside the door. One suggestion for anyone who rents a storage unit, and it was not a problem for me, but the concrete floors in the units can "sweat" a little after a rain storm. No standing water at all, just can be slightly damp. If you are putting cardboard boxes in, or furniture, or anything else that is sensitive to water, put down some painters poly sheeting first (sold in rolls at home improvement stores). Like I said, I did not have a problem at all, but I did notice a couple sweaty spots on the floor in my unit. Not at all a flaw of Public Storage; just a characteristic of a concrete floor in an outdoor unit/garage. We had a five star experience and we will definitely choose Public Storage again for any future needs!!

I actually enjoy my visits at the storage facility, not at all because I love moving... but the super sweet and very helpful Mrs. Sheila. She makes the chaos of the typical times at a storage unit feel so much more relaxing. Truly she is the reason I will come back.

Could not have been easier!

Sheila (property manager) from the very beginning made me want to do business with Public Storage. In my opinion, a storage unit is a storage unit and the decision was coming down to price. Sheila changed all of that and made me feel welcomed at Public Storage. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. She walked me through the process and made it easy.

The receptionist greeted us like a family member - by name. She was so helpful! The unit was clean and dry.

I used the service in the Apple Valley location. Everything was great, from the initial phone call to the end of the service. Sheila was great, friendly and efficient. And she's funny too :) Great service!

I like using Publuc Storage because of the easy set up, clean area, and friendly service. Ive been using Public Storage for years and have had nothing but great service. I will remain to use them.

I think it is terrible that you make the customer buy a "special" lock for $17 and you are unable to sell the lock back.. Really what am I suppose to do with this? You advertise rates for $1 for first month but end up paying over $40 for the lock and hidden fees. The lady tried to sell me insurance for the unit and told me that my homeowners didn't cover it.. Well I got my insurance rep on the phone and she said it was 100% covered.. I think they lady got a little red in the face and was sad she didn't receive her commissions. Other then that i have no problems with the storage unit. I would tell others to BEWARE!
