Reserving and booking the unit online was easy and seamless. Upon arriving at the facility, the onsite staff was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and move in ready.

All I can say is that this place was amazing and there in a pinch. They answered all my questions and made the transition ultra smooth!

I have used Public Storage for a few years. My husbands toy's. The units are clean, well maintained, and secure.

We were treated extremely well by Shirley and Sheila. Both ladies did a great job for us. I thought the price for our 5 x 10 was very reasonable. Our bin was clean and ready to go. If I could change one thing, I wish our storage unit was one we could drive right up to. We have to park inside and walk around to a hallway to get to our unit.

I have has nothing but a great experience with he Storage. With the Help of Tasha who game me the tour and checked me in at my appointment. Everything is Great.

This is the second review I have been asked for. How many more are you going to bother me with?

I like the online app for looking at available storage spaces. However, the constantly changing pricing for different sized spaces at the five businesses in my area seems a little excessive. Plus, not having the store managers aware of what corporate is doing with these prices is also cumbersome and annoying when I go to visit these locations. Corporate has a deal but they do not have any of those sized units available! Lastly, forcing me to purchase your door lock tumbler, because you have removed the fixed lock stops so I cannot use my own padlock, seems like an excessive add-on charge. It does not give me great confidence that someone can/will be able to open my locker with a master key anytime they want. Dean Z.

Public Storage is a great secure place to store your belongings I believe that employers there were polite respectful and understanding the pricing there is very reasonable.

This is my first time using any storage facility but I must say I have been extremely impressed with Public Storage. Nickole was beyond helpful with all my questions. The 5x15 temperature controlled unit was very accessible, clean, and lighted. Perfect for my storage needs. My only complaint would be you are forced to add insurance at one of three levels. Not too pricy($11,$13,$15 per month)but you are informed of this on the last step of paperwork process which is a bit questionable as a business/upcharge practice.

When I stopped by this Apple Valley location Latasha showed me the unit that I was interested in. She had my paper work and instructions taken care of quickly and proficiently. She was really nice and friendly. Days later I received a call following up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the unit etc. Excellent service from everyone. My mom and I currently rent at this location. Nickole is always so nice and is there when we have questions. The property is clean and the rates aren't bad. I would definitely recommend this location if you need storage.

Nickole covers everything from A to Z. She is a very valuable employee. She makes sure everything runs smooth. Almost no questions remain when she is done.

Super close to my needs so it worked that much easier for me. Excellent customer service. On the pricey side but outside of that and not being open all night I have no complaints.

I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to rent storage. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions. The place is clean and I feel very secure. If you are in need of storage, stop here first. They have many sizes and can help you figure out what size to rent!

Public storage is a great place to store your stuff. The staff is always helpful, the property was clean and safe. If I need to store anything again I already know where I'm going.
