after finding my unit and moved in we found out that there is no hard top and only chicken wire and the back sliding door was not locked so anyone could come in,

I like the facility. However, my reservation was totally messed up so that the unit I had reserved was not retained for me. I had to rent a more expensive unit.

I like how all the Doors open easily. I like the Country setting. Costumer Service was very friendly and helpful with all the things I needed or asked. The size of the storage I rented is perfect size for what I needed.

Location, although not especially convenient, is exceptionally secure. Facilities are raised for drainage and in excellent condition.
