Katelyn was very welcoming, friendly and considerate. She gave me all of the information I needed, walked me to my storage unit, showed me how everything worked, and made sure I had all of my questions answered. She even gave me a key tag to separate the new key from our other storage key.

The property manager, Alex, was very helpful, friendly, and willing to answer any of our questions and concerns. Our storage unit was empty and clean. Alex was able to give us a very reasonable rate and we totally appreciated that.

After reserving a storage unit online, the property manager Alex reached out to me to schedule a good time for us to come out and tour the facility. Alex got us all set up with our unit and made sure any of our questions were completely answered, which helped us decide to pass a few closer storage options. Then after completely filling our unit he assisted us with another unit. With that, the way he takes care of the facility and his guests makes this complex worth checking out. You will not be let down!
