Upon arrival to the public storage facility I found to my surprise the security gate completely missing and the facility unsecure. The storage space is as described and the clean. The roll up door is rusted out on the lower right corner and is difficult to open. I arrived at the facility at 4:00 p.m. on a Tuesday and there was no representative in the office to speak to about the security situation and the worn out door. I am afraid to put my car into the storage facility to store for the winter because of the unsecure facility. Please contact me ASAP on when this facility will be secure so I can put my car into storage for the winter. Gregory Johnson 952-237-0151.

What makes THIS location the best? Alex, who has lived on the property in his apartment for years ( hence BEST security). We have been here since 2007, and now have 3 thirty foot deep thirteen foot high units. Alex takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service, immaculate structure facilities, very well trained staff. He is also decent, HONEST Fair, and has been a true joy to work with all these years. You name the horror story in those 6 other states and we have experienced them. HENCE... we appreciate Alex. The main reason we are HERE!

They didn't have the original unit we needed so smaller unit is what we got as they couldn't find the original reservation but overall customer service is good

The set up and introduction with Joanna were great. She was informative and helpful, thourough at her job and personable. The incident tonight does not reflect on her customer service. The first night being tonight that I planned to take 2 fully loaded vehicles to my unit were not acceptable. I arrived and woman ahead of us stated she wasn't able to get into the gate. Said she tried calling and went to Joanna's voicemail. I informed her the office was closed at 6. I tried the gate as well and it didn't open. The key pad was dated 5/18/19 10:45pm and that struck us both odd. The inside gate code box was dated 5/20/19 with time 6:25 and was accurate. I called and left Joanna a message as it rang but no answer and no follow up call to my message. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as this being my first experience with my purchased unit. And preparing to unload 2 vehicles wasting both of our time to come and utilize the unit. The other woman was just as disappointed. I hope this is resolved and compensated in a timely fashion to continue to utilize this brand new contract with your company and not a leave a great first impression.

Joann who I believe is the on sight manager is absolutely wonderful. She got me set up with a storage unit and explained the details and policies. I would have given it 5 stars but the unit that held the belongings that I purchased from a previous customer was a problem. The track was rusted and loose and when it was open the door came off the track and we were told there was nothing they could do to fix it at that time and could possibly get someone to come the following day which meant all the belonging would be available for anyone to take. We the customers worked on it for over an hour to make it possible to close and attach the lock back on it.

I had a 10 by 15 unit, but not occupied yet and the agent help me switch to a 10 by 20 unit which turned out to be a much better fit. She was cooperative and quickly solved my problem.

I would like to give this place a 5 stars! Lauri was so awesome! I originally asked for a 20x10 storage unit, but as soon as I informed her I only needed the storage unit for a month, she immediately told me she could get me into a 30x10 storage unit for less money due to a special they had going on. Lauri was so friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough for making the process so simple and for saving me money! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I also want to mention the lady working at the Savage Public Storage location was extremely helpful as well.

They suck you in with the $1 special that isn't really a dollar after administration fees and lock purchase and non optional insurance.. but after that prices sky rocket and I wish I had looked around first before committing.
