This is a great storage facility. Clean, secure and well run. Angie is an excellent property manager. She is very diligent and takes care of everything. She is so helpful and nice. I have used this facility for a long time and have had zero issues.

SO UPSet! Drove to Minnesota to empty out our storage to bring to Sioux City and found it cut into and the Expensive lock they sold me just dangling. we chose this place in August because they bragged about having a secure entrance, fences, cameras, indoor climate-control locker near the office. So, How the Heck does someone use a saw, Indoors, in a controlled facility, and cut our locker open and steal our Brand New (HEAVY) King Mattress(had to have taken planning and several people to carry), our 70 inch Smart TV, Jewelry, and even medication without them seeing? Well over $8000 worth! They said, "File an insurance claim." had to be an inside!!! job..CROOKED... NEVER use Public Storage in Savage!!!!

I was moving out of town; and had to get some moving supplies - boxes, tape, etc. When I got there, Janice was able to help me choose which boxes and other supplies for my move. She's a highly motivated, super friendly employee and really went out of her way to keep me from going crazy with all the things I needed to remember. She also discussed the storage units, in case I needed one, and genuinely seemed to be compassionate about my situation. The area was well kept, clean and well stocked. I was impressed! I'm definitely recommending Self Storage to everyone in the area; and BIG TIME Kudos to Janice! This gal knows her stuff! I felt like I wasn't just a customer; but part of a family...

The unit I have is very tall, so I am making a small deck for storing the light stuff so it does'nt take up so much floor space, will have this space for a while.

Just got my unut. So far things are okay. There was a problem with the entry code working as well as the exit code. Apparently the extreme cold weather we experienced in Minnesota was affecting the key pads.. another comment I will make, there could be a little more lighting inside the building.

My only issue was that I went into the "deal" thinking it would cost my $25, as the website stated when I made reservation. I even called ahead to try to find out if I would need a special lock, but was told that they wouldn't know that until I visited the location and they decided what type of storage unit I needed, even though I had already selected my size. I had also shown up to the location on my initial appointment only to find that there wouldn't be anyone there for the next hour and a half. So, I had to reschedule. When I went back the next day, the manager was out again, but just so happened to arrive before I left. Immediately upon seeing the unit, she already had the special lock... so, I feel like it was known that I would have to have one. I was also required to have storage unit insurance, which I didn't even know was a thing until arriving. All in all, what I thought was going to be a $25 total turned into $60. However, my original reservation receipt also said that my unit would be 107, but the manager was able to get me the same size unit for $85, so that was really nice.

I already had one storage unit at the Savage location so when my daughter needed one I knew just the right place for her. The facility itself is always clean and neat but moreover, the staff are very on-task. Angie looks after everything. She checks the buildings rigorously, pays attention to who comes in and out and immediately follows up with any of the clients if she finds or feels something is amiss. It is really nice to know that your belongings are being safeguarded in addition to being properly stored. I would recommend the Savage location to anyone.

Amazing customer Service!!! Angie was the one who helped us and she was very informative definitely could answer any questions we had. She was also so friendly that when we left myy daughter(8yrs) said that she really liked Angie and hoped to see her again. The facility itself is nice and mice free which is very important.

I have had a very good experience with the Savage location from the first day I stopped to inquire about renting a storage unit. The manager, Angie, is very helpful in answering all questions and helping me find the storage unit I need. She's very thorough in her explanations, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. The storage facility is well kept and organized.

Angie was awesome! Really clear while explaining how things worked, without talking to me like I was an idiot. She showed me where the unit we got was located, how the lock worked, and followed up with me to make sure everything worked out well. Excellent staff, clean facility. Will recommend to anyone looking for some extra storage space.

Wonderful, compassionate, and great services. Angie was very helpful in letting me know all the ins and outs of accessing the building as well as the different sizes of units and rates. Gates worked, stuff was safe and secure, and she even called to remind me that if I wanted to vacate I would need to let them know soon to avoid additional charges. We visited Public Storage in Savage, MN in early February. It was at that time we met the Manager Angie. We had never needed public storage before this time. Angie asked questions to ascertain what size unit we would need. Angie then showed us our options & gave us the website to reserve our unit online. Angie also gave us numerous tips to prepare our house items for storage. She also gave us names of movers she would recommend which we selected our mover from. Angie made a very stressful time manageable. We are very appreciative of everything Angie did for us.
