I got my stuff into my storage unit, but I reserved a unit online and was not told until the checkout that I was required to purchase insurance each month, which was more than I was planning on spending obviously. Also, I reserved a 5' x 10' ... it is not this size if you actually measure it, besides those mishaps I guess it's okay

Public Storage offered the best month to month rate I could find, only having to pay $1 for the first month. The process was easy to apply and move in and mgmt was helpful. I was sad to find out that they charge $20 for mattress covers, had to buy a specific style of lock and had buy their mandatory insurance which were all add-ons i was not anticipating.

We have rented from PS before, but not in San Antonio. Reserved online from Minnesota. Came in on a Saturday morning, greeted by Augustin ( Mgr.) and Mark (trainee). Seamless and stress free morning. They were very helpful and happy to have us there. Very clean facility and rental unit. Saw them repeatedly over the next week we were in town and always happy to see us. Thanks for all the help!!!

Public Storage provides incredibly friendly and great service. The grounds are secure. The units are nice. The price is fair. Check it out if you're in need of storage. They're helpful from location to location too. I reserved a space at one location and needed to change it to another. The managers handled the transfer so it was easy on me. Thumbs up!
