Everything was great, from the sales rep to her showing me where the unit was at.

Good service. Not 5 stars because the whole lot was an ice rink.

She even shoveled my door and very helpful with everything I needed.

My Experience. . .The reservation, and check-in process we went through couldn't have been easier. Even in these restricted times, we were treated with professionalism and had a GREAT experience overall.

Paul was great to work with. He new his stuff!?? the facility was well kept and met all my expectations.

Paul was excellent! He was very knowledgeable within his role. Paul was well spoken and meet all of your needs. Paul made us feel welcome and was very kind to us. I would highly recommend this location. One thing - it would have been efficient to have some sort of transportation around the property such as a golf cart. The staff member working could drive customers around for showings, work orders, etc. I believe having a golf cart would make a great experience for customers and it would give the staff more time to work on tasks that are pressing instead of waking around the large property. Please consider this recommendation. Thank you for everything Paul.

My Public Storage Experience! I received a call from Paul about my reservation, He was willing to change the day at the last minute. When I arrived I was met by Paul, He was very pleasant and informative, answered all of my questions, got me signed up, went over the contract and done! in a timely manner. Great Service...

A true friend would not charge me a monthly fee!!! I am happy with my storage facilty and the fee is fair. The people onsite at this facilty are very freindly and helpful.
