We are renting again after a few years away & so appreciated the friendly staff who had all the answers to my questions. So glad to use the new app to open & close the facility gates vs having to remember a code!

As a total beginner in using public storage I was getting all my questions answered, got all necessary guidances, advices, tips. Very helpful manager Michelle explained everything to me, went over and beyond in helping me getting comfortable with using storage. Also storage itself is very nice and clean. Kudos to staff and managers.

Staff were friendly. Unit ok. Door is heavy and hard to push up. Priced high. But not a lot of options in the area

The staff and the storage facility are excellent, but the parking lot/driveways need some attention soon. Very hard to navigate with a trailer and the slopes for water runoff are much too steep around the drains. The sink hole next to one drain, which actually swallowed up the road cone marking it, makes turning that corner a challenge.

Very easy to sign up. Very clean, and well secured facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with my experience.

The gal who registered us and explained how it works was helpful and informed us and showed us the facility. She was great. The storage area is extremely clean and it is so efficient. We were pleased with the unit. We have not had a storage unit before and we would recommend your spot to anyone who asks. What a great spot and we appreciate the climate control unit.

The onsite manager has great questions to help sizing of the unit.

The employee I worked with was very helpful and laid out everything clearly for me. I did not like having to go back or call to check daily to see what the prices were. Packing and planning to move is already stressful enough and then trying to time demand for the best price was a pain. However, once a day was picked the process was easy. Beware all the potential add ons costs though.

Renting and moving in were very easy. The facility seems secure and is convenient for us. Additional carts would helpful as two is not enough for a large building.

I don't have a problem with the employees, they were nice...... my issues with this company is that the storage units are way over priced. I rent the same size storage unit in Steamboat Springs, CO (where everything is over priced) but my storage unit here in Minnetonka, MN is more than double the price. I'm stuck right now and have to rent this unit, no other options in the area. I truly believe they are price gouging because they are the only storage provider in the area. Just another greed company on the list.

The facility I'm using (in Minnetonka, MN) is nicely laid out. I'm using an indoor unit and it's very easy to drive in to the large, indoor, heated loading area and transfer stuff. Everything's clean and works as it should. Great! Facility would be a 4.5 star review by itself (5 stars would need more dollies and different kinds) Pricing, while competitive with other companies in the area, just seems ridiculously high. PS insists on this outmoded "cheaper online, higher in person" cost system, which makes it a slog to go down, see what things are like (there isn't an online preview of specific sites/units), then be told that it's going to be significantly more expensive than what you'd investigated online - so back home (or on to your smartphone) to sign up. Then you still have to show up in-person to sign the many-pages contract and get your PS-mandated lock (not included in pricing), and be surprised by the mandatory insurance (not made clear ahead of time). Don't even think of buying packing materials from them unless you're desperate - you'll get soaked. Go to your local orange big-box store.
