While moving is never fun, we ease the stress and strain a little with indoor access for all that Minnesota's weather can bring. Our keyless entry phone app ensures that you will never lose a key or forget your lock combination. Your safety and security are also paramount to us. 24-Hour cameras, gated access and a clean, well-lit building offers comfort and security. Lastly, all tenants have full access to restrooms, our conference room (if needed), free wifi and our coffee and water bar. Lastly, we are here 6 days a week to answer your questions and get you the extra space you need. Easy access just off Route 22 near Walmart and Kohls in Mankato.
