We rented a 10 x 20 spot for a reasonable price with a nice rental incentive! But, it hasn't been as easy paying for the extra months as it was for the original rental. There is a $10.00 penalty if you don't use the web site to pay or don't set up auto payments. And there is only a phone # to call and make a payment, no place on the web site allows you to click to make the payment (for the rental site I'm at in Mn) It isn't even easy to find any info about this site, since it is in MN! It is a very nice place to store our stuff, and easy to get to! Clean & in an area that feels safe. There is no fence around the storage facility. Therefore, no gated access, so it was a little confusing for us. We were told we couldn't get in without getting thru the gate and given a pass code to use to get in! There are more buildings being built, so maybe a fence and gate will be added after those buildings are finished.
