The facilities are very clean and easy to get to. There are carts to use when unloading or loading. We are getting ready to relocate and needed a place to put our boxes and some furniture until we could sell our condo. Customer service was outstanding.

The 24 how access is why I originally started renting here but the Manager is why I stay even though the location is no longer convenient sure to a job site change. She knows her customers, is genuine and understanding while still holding people accountable and not taking s**t. She also has standards for her assistants and has made sure anyone not suited for the location does not work there because she values is as humans not just profit providers. Also has some great ideas for side offerings I hope the company gives a go to (like trash removal rental)!
