The location is convenient, being just off of the interstate. Was not able to move in the first day as there were issues with opening the unit. The manager quickly resolved the issue and I was able to move in the next day.

Contactless rental is nice except when they keep calling while youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re at work saying theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re gonna cancel reservation even tho I moved In.

Convenient location. Clean. Only negative was bathroom was locked. Helpful and patient staff!

We were looking for a nearby parking spot for our RV. We visited a few locations but this one was by far the best. Great customer service as well!

Thankful to have Kathy help me with the process on Saturday morning. But I'm very disappointed to not receive much help from a guy Thursday evening 11/21/19 to begin registering and complete move in early even though I show up in person to the office around 4pm. We had to rush with the moving truck within 4 hours or less.

What a surprise it was to find such an excellent price for a storage unit in what appears to be a brand new facility. The unit I rented was at least $50 cheaper than other comparable storage units. I am very happy with my choice.

I just moved some stuff in yesterday and it seems like a good facility. Susan was good to work with signing me in and they also had 3 nice dollies to use for moving my heavy furniture. The unit itself was very clean and looks very safe. Overall this is a much much better storage facility then Public Storage.

It's easily accessible, and has multiple entrance doors with gates and secure doors. The place is not too busy, and the staff is very friendly. It's my first experience with a storage unit, so this has been a pretty good one.

It's overwhelming to pack up your home and relocate. But the staff at Simply Storage made part of this transition smooth. Great customer service every time and the icing on the cake was I didn't need to rent a truck, I used one of the company's trucks for free! I would recommend them to friends a family.

We lost 100 dollars on our deposit on the truck because the manager didnt know what she was doing filling the paperwork out. She also didn't explain what would happen if we were late even being asked 3 times. Im really angry about this.

I found "Your Storage Solution" to be the Best Price and Value of the 20 places near my home to rent and have easy access to in a completely heated/air conditioned environment for my personal and business storage needs. I found Ben, the manager to be caring, considerate, and complete in his helpfulness to get the best unit for both my short term and long term needs. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Sandra, the general manager, was friendly and helpful. The space itself is very clean and seems quite secure. However, there was a broken window in the front of the entrance. I did not ask what happened. Access hours close at 10p nightly. This adds to security, though I was running late after a big move (driving 160 miles), arrived at 10:22p (with recruited help) to unload and ended up leaving the truck overnight till the next morning. I locked it up - and arrived in the morning with everything intact. Happy camper overall.

Thanks Your Storage Solution in Bloomington MN. I've been renting your outdoor RV storage space about 16' x 50'. I've been renting it for at least 3 years, maybe longer. I don't exactly know. So with the management's permission and blessings they said it was ok to store my three cars in that space as long as I don't go over the lines. Never crossed the lines, come close some times, but hey, in the lines is in the lines. Perfect payments and then....Bam. Jan 30th 2014 I get a letter that they are terminating my space because I have three vehicles in the very space they said I could have three vehicles. I was told by Sandra that I was renting the space not a stall, she said it was perfectly fine. Now that the RV parking lot is full, I got the fake "people are complaining" excuse. Really? who complains in a gated storage facility that pays for storage space and a stall and can put almost anything in there they want? Sandra told me that the parent company can dictate the rules any way they want too, (yeah right) so when the lot was empty and i was one of only 20 spaces full out of about 200 it was way ok and thank you for your business, we really appreciate it. Now that the lot is full its time for you to leave we don't need your flawless payment history, your business don't mean crap to us anymore and we can easily find another person to park only one vehicle in that huge over sized space made for at least three cars. I only wish I could be un-loyal back to them some how. I'll just go somewhere else that wants my money.

Overall I had a very positive experience. There was one incident when I tried contacting the emergency manager after hours and I never received a call back. However, the situation was resolved the next business day.

This is a very large facility but has a variety of units for rent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful

Very smooth interaction with both customer service reps. On my move in date, they were very accommodating and let us prop open the door while moving everything in. Very satisfied!

The people were friendly, making sure I had everything I needed, taking extra time to show me the exact space that I would be renting as well as the quickest, shortest routes through the warehouse to reach my unit. Everything about my experience with your Storage Solution was excellent! The friendly service, the explanation through the simple paperwork, the free moving truck with dolly and furniture blankets and the confidence knowing my items would be safe and secure. Very reasonable pricing. Location right off the highway. Highly recommend!

We got this for a wonderful price. This is a huge wharehouse that has been turned into a storage facility. Looks brand new inside and is very clean. It is also safe and convenient as you drive your car into the actual building to unload. The only negative is that they do not have an elevator....however, if you get one of the 2nd story spots, the price is MUCH MUCH less expensive.

I am very happy with Your Storage Solution - the people were very efficient, friendly and informative. Storing things is very smooth and easy, the hand trucks are always available and the doors are nice and wide. I have to drive an extra 25 minutes to get to this facility but I am very happy with my choice and the location is very accessible to the highway.

Very well thought-through facility. Covered and heated unloading bays. Everything they have is climate controlled at great prices. Ideal for a person like me with lots of boxes and small furniture. The "free truck on move-in day" is a spectacular feature. It was clean, ran well, and included a hand truck and neatly folded blankets.
