Incredibly easy, excellent customer service.

Easy to check in online and fill out all the rental documents. I was able to reach anyone by phone pretty quickly. The space was enough and for a great price. I wish I had known how to find the number for my unit beforehand, but I understand they just painted in June so not much you can do there I suppose. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Fast and easy. No complications or any sort. A place I can trust to store my vehicle.

Quick and easy to make my reservation and move in everything was done on the phone and super quick everything was done via text hassle free the only complaint was self storage gets 3rd party and advertised a completely different price it was 1/2 off your first month self stop storage advertises that price even online as that being the monthly price very misleading

A facility for storage with a moderate price. Not fancy, the upkeeps are lacking. Compared to what I paid for other storage, it is a better deal but you get what you pay for.

Clean, straight forward layout and secure. My stuff is definitely on lock down. For the price not bad at all and is more than I needed even has a pop machine. Responsive staff did everything online and was called right away. This took like five minutes to set up. I wish housing was this easy.

After moving in they tried to double the price telling me the quote was for one month only. I told them I had a confirmation at a per month price which they then agreed to honor.
