They must've fixed the climate control since an earlier review I saw. I've used this facility summer/winter and it's just fine on both sides. TheProperty manager at Knollwood is super kind and helpful. Meets all my storage needs

I called last minutes needing a spot to store work trailers that day! Everyone was so helpful and rushed right with me to make it happen! Oh and I was all the way in New Orleans while they were in Minnesota! Great team they have over there!!! Thanks so much to the wonderful ladies who helped me!!

This storage facility is the largest yet most secure building in the metro area. The customer service is outstanding. Don walked me through how to access my storage unit and helped me with the paperwork and we were done within a half hour. I highly recommend storing your precious belongings here. You will not regret it!

I am disappointed that the "Climate Controlled" atmosphere is so warm and humid. It is NOT what I expected. Unless it changes, I will move out early to find a different facility.
