Meadowbrook Self Storage.

The storage itself was a good price for the size, and the staff was nice, however I found it to be a little stressful when moving in. People tend to block the path to move in for long periods of time, so I had to do most of my moving by walking upstairs with my items to get to my cart, which was an inconvenience.

There's only 1 entrance and it's up some metal stairs through a door. Inside there is access to garage doors for unloading. Carts aren't readily accessible. The manager is not very friendly.

This is my second personal unit at this facility, third if you include the unit rented by the theater company I am affiliated with. I always feel that my possessions are safe here, the office staff is always great to work with, and the location is perfect for me.

They took my customer satisfaction seriously and went above and beyond to make sure I was truly satisfied with my experience.

Tried to pay my bill yesterday, but guy who answered the phone was very snippy asking did I know they were closed and didnt I get an email stating new hours. Last month their roof leaked getting everything on the floor wet as well as dripped down over everything. No compensation, barely acknowledged, just said they had roofers out who repaired it.

Very nice staff, especially the manager. Gave me price increase info up front so I could pay ahead to avoid the increase. I appreciated that. Nice building too.

Renting with Meadowbrook Self Storage turned out to be a blessing. I was making the move to the cities and realized I just had too much stuff for my apartment. I was on a time crunch and they worked with the same day while I was driving my moving truck down to the cities. I worked with Amber who was very professional and simply genuine. You could tell she took very much pride in her position and was very knowledgable. The storage location is ideal and I couldn't believe how nice the setup was.. I highly recommend renting units from here!

Kevin was really helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice storage facility and quick to get started but a little pricey

I do like this facility because it's all on one level, no going up elevators and through narrow hallways here. They also have 2 or 3 dock bays that are tall enough for moving trucks and a ramp to back a truck or trailer right up inside the facility. Good customer service, I believe Kevin was the gentleman I worked with. The only thing I didn't like was that after you signed up there was an additional $9 climate control fee, a $9 insurance fee (waived if you have your own property/renters insurance) and a $36 administration fee, but that fee is only a 1 time thing. All in all, I am happy with the situation I have with them though.

I parked my trailer today. It was a little tight getting into the space, but I got it in. I may have to pull straight and back the trailer out to get out of the storage area.
