I am very handicaped and must use a walker. My rental space is a long walk to get to. I would love to see a sit down battery powered grocery type cart that could be available for use there. But that's just a wish. It would make a huge difference for my access and moving items from the dock to the rental space I have. I get tremendously fatigued walking so far with the push cart you have there.

$29 per month advertised for 5x10 unit Additionally, all of these items are charged, making their advertised pricing extremely misleading: $36 Initiation fee (ok fine) $5 on each monthly payment unless you walk in with cash (eyeroll) $11 temperature control fee (and all units are temp controlled, so no way to avoid it - seems like that should be included in the advertised cost) $5 fee to mail a monthly invoice (I'm sure you're auto enrolled in this, still haven't found how to opt out) Might as well tell people you charge $0 for the storage unit and then tack on a $29 fee for actually putting items into it if you're going to be misleading about everything else /end sarcasm

The outside door and garage are unlocked which makes me feel like my stored goods may not be safe.

This is great however just know all units are climate controlled and it is an extra 11 per month on a 5x10 unit. This doubled our costs. Seemed like a bait and switch but we are happy with the location and cleanliness.

I loved meeting and working with the 2 gentlemen that own this company. They are beyond kind, and helpful. Im so happy with my unit- its clean, and I know that its safe. Locks can be purchased that are bolt cutter proof and would require a professional locksmith to open. Not even the owners can open it without a locksmith. These guys helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use it more than once, and were so kind about it. apparently I just didnt get the simple concept of sliding something. lol.

The gal that went over my app and got me into my storage unit was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had I not had an initial problem with my set appointment. I called the number that was listed and set up an appointment for 9:30 but they didn't open up until 10:00 so I had to reschedule because I had an appointment somewhere else I had to be at but overall I would say they were good.

You need to be more equipment for customer use since it's a lager area. (Cart or two, dolly, flat cart. + it will make the price seam lil better lol🙂) -Alsobe nice have 24 hr access, at lest on weekdays. Otherwise I am happy ., staff been very helpful every time. Thnx staff.

Description implies parking inside a structure. This is a parking space on asphalt that is breaking up. The office hasn't been in the same place on any consecutive visits. They keep moving it. Staff is friendly and helpful.

all the units I saw have to big of lip on the apron to get into the storage unit. the 10 x14 you offer is only 9 x 12.5

Price is great, I couldn't beat it anywhere else in the Twin Cities. Customer service is great, if for some reason there isn't a staff member at your location the phone number is redirected to another location and they can help you with whatever you need. Indoors and climate control really makes me feel good about the security of my stuff with the crazy weather that we get in MN.

having a ramp into the facility for items not coming via truck would be convenient. Hauling a few boxes, which may be heavy isn't fun.
