I was able to get into my unit with no difficulty. It was a rainy day and I was able to park inside. A hand cart was available which made moving a snap.

Super sweet, havent physically moved in yet but signed up and paid. Forced to buy a 20 dollar lock and 15 bucks a month insurance when the unit itself is priced fantastically at 17 bucks a month, its like eating a buzzkill bread sammach with it looked great before the very end of the process and paperwork.. meat. Its still the best price out there without much of a close second but leaves me waiting for the next gotcha and the one after that and so on so fourth.

Did the online rental. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to speak to anyone. They supply the lock and key. Electronic gate access was flawless. My unit is on auto pay so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not late or forget. The contactless, online rental is as easy as it gets.

I did not go in to the office I checked in online because of my changing schedule with work this is the best for me. Myspace had been cleaned and the lock was waiting as promised the yard for maneuvering vehicles especially pulling trailers seems to be adequate. The only problem but I'm prepared for it was this door was snowed in I did not see an area where they had sand or shovels to dig out fortunately I had a shovel with me most minnesotans do but I wonder if outside of the snow belt would anybody think to bring a shovel on move-in day.

It was very easy to rent a storage unit. I was shown the different sizes so I could decide which one worked best for my needs. The paperwork was quick and easy also. The lady we worked with was enjoyable! I would recommend the Public Storage in Blaine Minnesota to anyone.

Edwina is amazing, she went out of her way to make sure I was set with my unit. Her customer service skills are A, made sure she answered all of my questions and that I was happy with the unit. I had a unit here a couple years back, and when i needed another one i knew exactly where to go. Would recommend this storage place to anyone.

The best part of my experience with Public Storage is the staff. Edwina the excellent lady at the front desk made everything go so smoothly and I couldn't help but be impressed. The only reason why I didn't give the full five was because of the fact that I couldn't use my own lock and the necessary insurance charges made my first month cost more than I had anticipated. Though the $1 for the first month was advertised, the other requirements, such as needing to purchase the specific lock, was a big disappointing surprise. Service is nearly everything. Thank You Edwina!!
