Don't believe the rates. My 10x10 went from 135 a month to 192 just yesterday. Expect a 20% hike every year. No communication. No manager callbacks for issues.

A few years ago I was renting in another place of the same company and I had a very bad experience but now when I ask for information at this location the manager of the place her name is Linda, she was friendly and accessible and the service was excellent thanks to her I decided stay there thanks a lot for the good service.

I have a renovation business and have rented lockers at the Richfield location for years. Very satisfied , but the outside lights on the third and forth row still don"t work plus I have asked that the numbers be painted on the right side pillars so you don't have to drive down and look backwards to find your locker, I have had no response to this request for three years now
