I chose this facility sight unseen because they said I could unpack a moving pod there when I made the reservation. When my pod arrived they said I wasn't actually allowed to park it there but since it was their mistake they let me unpack it. It was kind of dark and sketchy and when I stopped by to get something I found a packet of rat poison in my unit. I moved out 2 months ago and was charged January rent by mistake. There was a change in management and he was impossible to get ahold of. After 7 messages and 2 weeks someone finally picked up the phone and agreed to refund my January rent. This was on 2/4. On 2/7 they sent my account to collections for the exact amount they refunded. I got in touch with them and they said it was a glitch they would fix it, but customer service is impossible to get in touch with and their collections department never picks up. Will never use this company again. So much stress and frustration, total lack of professionalism, and the manager literally told me to "stop giving him attitude" on the phone when I called to complain.

I looked on the Internet and I received fast Service a small enough space for what I have left. I am very impressed that my first month only cost $1.00 and Insurance and lock and box tape. The amount is great. And next month is just as good.

I've always dealt with nice people there, but finally left after they kept raising their rates--it went from $56/mo to $103/mo for a small unit in the time I was there. Also, when I picked up my stuff, several of the pieces that were on the floor were water stained.

Keisha was the best to work with. Gave me pointers on how to put things in the storage lockers. When I ask to upgrade my locker she was more than willing to help me. Even gave me a bigger locker close to the one I already had. Any questions I had she was more than willing to answer. Will gladly do business here again!!!

For my first few months there was no regular property manager. There were times when NO ONE was working at the property. Both times i stood outside of the property calling the location, getting no answer. When someone would arrive or finally answer, there was never even an apology for the inconvenience. However, the new property manager, Keisha, is awesome!

Needing to find a storage space while searching for a new home, I selected Public Storage's facility on Lyndale in Bloomington because of its price (low) and proximity. The on-site manager, Patricia, was very efficient and freiendly as she showed me the ropes. I haven't been disappointed in my choice. Hauling random car- and vanloads stuff has been relatively painless, the place is clean and dry and climate-controlled through the ups and downs of a Minnesota spring (meaning: a lot of downs).
